Our team reviews specifications, material, tolerances and feasibility with manufacturing partners.
We issue a clear commercial offer covering unit price, MOQ, lead time, Incoterms and payment terms.
For new parts we can arrange samples or first-article inspection for your approval before bulk production.
Upon acceptance of quote and terms, we confirm the order, production schedule and expected shipment date.
Parts are manufactured under controlled processes and inspected before packing.
Export-grade packaging, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and other required documents are prepared.
Goods are shipped by sea or air as agreed. We share tracking / shipping advice and remain available until delivery.
We commonly work with EXW, FOB, CIF and DAP/DDP (on request). Shipping mode (sea freight or air freight) is selected based on volume, urgency and cost targets.
We coordinate with freight forwarders experienced in automotive and industrial cargo and can support destination clearance documentation as needed.
Standard terms for new customers typically involve advance payment or confirmed letter of credit. For established partners, more flexible terms can be discussed based on order history and volume.
